  7. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE

  11. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement
  12. between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the
  13. mentioned author of this Software for the software product
  14. identified above, which includes computer software and may
  15. include associated media, printed materials, and "online"
  16. or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
  17. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  18. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not
  19. agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
  20. SOFTWARE PRODUCT; you may, however, return it to your place
  21. of purchase for a full refund.

  23. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  24. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  25. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  26. treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  28. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  29. Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of
  30. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  32. Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute an
  33. unlimited number of copies of the UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE PRODUCT;
  34. provided that each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including
  35. all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy
  36. of this EULA. Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed as a
  37. standalone product or included with your own product.

  39. Registration keys are NOT to be distributed.

  41. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  43. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  44. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
  45. PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
  46. permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  48. Separation of Components.
  49. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  50. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  51.  
  52. Software Transfer.
  53. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  54. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
  55.  
  56. Termination.
  57. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software
  58. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  59. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies
  60. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

  62. Distribution.
  63. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or
  64. package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of
  65. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any
  66. free or non-profit packages or products.

  68. 3. COPYRIGHT.
  69. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  70. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
  71. video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the
  72. SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any
  73. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this
  74. Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
  75. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
  76. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except
  77. that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer
  78. provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  79. purposes.

  88. LIMITED WARRANTY

  90. NO WARRANTIES.
  91. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for
  92. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related
  93. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
  94. either express or implied, including, without limitation, the
  95. implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
  96. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use
  97. or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

  99. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  100. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  101. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  102. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  103. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  104. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  105. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  106. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
  107. or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
  108. the above limitation may not apply to you.
